No: the ticket corresponds to a free seat. So we invite you to arrive early if you wish to choose a place that suits you – Doors open at 8:50 p.m.

However, be aware that this show tends to sell out quickly through the online ticketing ! and is regularly full. Therefore, we recommend purchasing in advance to secure your seat.

Subject to availability, date changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the show start time. In such cases, please contact us directly quoting your order number. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Tickets are purchased for specific show dates and are not interchangeable. If you do not attend the specific show date and time, you will not receive a refund or be able to use this ticket for another show date. For more information, you can refer to the General Terms and Conditions written on your ticket.

In the event of severe bad weather or the failure of an artist preventing the show from taking place, you will be informed directly by text message, by e-mail and via the website on the page dedicated to the show.

The information will be communicated as soon as possible and no later than 8pm on the day of the show.

Refunds will be made automatically via Weezevent within 7 days of the show’s cancellation.

No: if you have a smartphone, your contactless tickets will be validated directly.

The ticket office used is Weezevent.
Tickets are not available on any other website or other ticketing platform.

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us directly indicating your preferred attendance date and group size.

Do not panic ! Check your spam whether or not you have received an e-mail of your order sent by Weezevent. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll investigate together!

When purchasing your tickets, the time indicated is the start time of the show. To enjoy it fully and peacefully, we recommend that you arrive at 8:50 p.m. in order to anticipate the queue in case of crowds and sit quietly.

Entry is permitted until 10 minutes after the start of the show. There will be no guarantee of having seats next to each other so as not to disturb other spectators.
After 10 minutes, the Castle doors will close for security reasons. Places will not be refunded.

There are parking lots nearby but rather far away. Due to the summer season, we strongly recommend using rideshare services or arriving early as parking lots fill up quickly and above all on Wednesday : Night Market !
